I am pleased to bring you the latest Jimmy Johnson Veterans Survival news.
The summer giveaway competition winner @Buddy_Checker has kept in touch. Jimmy’s website details have now been added to their initiatives page: https://thebuddychecker.wordpress.com/initiatives/
Furthermore, @Buddy_Checker have contacted us and shared an update about The Veterans’ Survival Guide:
“Good morning, just want to let you know I’m in the middle of reading your book. It’s excellent. As soon as I’m done, I’ll post a review, encouraging Veterans, family, friends, and anyone wanting to learn more.”
And…
“I absolutely do have a message for him [Jimmy]. His book is first class. I’m almost done reading it and highly recommend it to every Veteran who served in N. Ireland and to other veterans suffering with PTSD. It’s one of the best books I’ve read in regard to it. Please tell him thank you for writing it as I know it will help so many, and I have much respect for him.”
Jimmy is so pleased, and we hope to be able to share their review in the next update.
Aly Renwick, co-founder of Veterans’ In Prison (VIP) also has some exciting news. Earlier this year Dove Tales, a Scottish artist’s peace group, contacted Aly about what happens to veterans in the military and afterwards. There blog features an extract from Aly’s book ‘Last Night Another Solider’ as well as a list of Aly’s publications and biography. Finally, the website continues on its journey, this month with interest from United Kingdom, Spain, United States, Belgium, Brazil and France, and includes the following towns and cities Banbridge, Antwerp, Birmingham, Bristol, Brussels Burnley, Chamonix and Coffeyville in Kansas.
Kind thoughts and warm wishes ?
